Consumers Digest Magazine Features the WaveBox®

Consumers Digest magazine published an article about the WaveBox® portable microwave as part of a story package on trends in microwave and combination ovens in its December 2007 issue.

Titled "Get Carried Away with a Portable Microwave," the article says the WaveBox® "is marketing this to anglers, outdoorspeople and outdoor workers (such as construction professionals). But it could be appropriate at tailgate parties or for parents who need to warm baby bottles while traveling."

Consumers Digest covers a wide range of consumer products including automobiles, kitchen appliances, televisions and personal electronics, DVDs, baby gear and more. It is well know for its Consumers Digest Best Buy awards.

The WaveBox® is the world's first truly portable microwave oven. Weighing just 15 pounds and sporting a luggage-quality handle, the WaveBox® is designed for portability and power. With triple power options, WaveBox® microwaves can run off a standard AC outlet, 12-volt vehicle power socket rated at 20 amps or higher, or by direct connection to 12-volt vehicle and boat batteries.
